Each of us has tasks that occupy us from time to time again, in our personal lives, in our business, or during our leisure time. We might need to quickly hire a tradesperson, create a power of attorney, hold a membership meeting, pass a shareholder resolution, review an employment contract, or file our tax declaration. With the multitude of tasks, we rush through various platforms. We shuffle documents back and forth, use email, chat, phone, video conferencing, the internet, cloud platforms, and desktop software to acquire the necessary competence and drive communication forward.
In the end, correspondence and documents lie somewhere unstructured in electronic form and sometimes even as hard copies. We rely on our memory and the search function to find things again when needed. Often, this works well, but not always.

This will stimulate your curiosity to try it out, preferably with a specific task you currently have.
Beyond the guided projects, you can, of course, do your own thing. The full range of tools for document management and editing is available to you, including video conferencing, calendars, and address books. Perhaps you’ll even draw on our method of guided projects and create your own guided projects for your (standard) tasks. You have your own template manager in your workspace for this purpose.
